One month check-up

My how time flies! I can't believe it has already been a little over a month since Rhett has been here. His check-up was at 8am this morning and I will never do an appointment that early again. It was hard to get there!!! He is looking good though. He weighs 9 lbs. 4 oz. (25%), is 21.5 in. (50%) and his head circumference is 36.1 cm (10%). He also got his second hepatitis B vaccine and screamed, screamed, screamed! It was so sad...he even had tears running down his face!

Over the past month...

~He visited Baylor hospital for the birth of his cousin Trevor
~He visited relatives for Easter
~He went to the doctor for a jaundice checkup & newborn screening
~He attended Reagan & Laiken's 1st Birthday Parties
~He has been Harleigh's #1 fan at her tee-ball games
~He attended church for the 1st time on 4-25
~He had his 1st photo shoot on 4-7
~He had his 1st sponge bath on 3-29 & 1st bath on 4-16
~He lost his umbilical cord on 4-10
~His skin is dry & flaky
~He has a lot of baby acne
~He has peed all over his changing table twice & almost pooped all over daddy
~He is very noisy...either grunting or whimpering
~He loves his bouncer & bassinet because they vibrate
~He does not care for his swing
~He loves to stare at the fan & the animals hanging from his bouncer & floor gym
~He tries to find his thumb all the time but has only succeeded a few times
~He is very strong & can lift his head for seconds at a time
~He loves being wrapped up in his minke & held close
~He is eating about 4 oz. of breast milk/formula every 3-4 hrs.
